发育分化基因在胶质瘤恶性进展过程中的作用

Effect of Development and Differentiation Genes in the Malignant Progression of Glioma

  • 摘要: 目的探讨发育分化基因的异常变化在人脑胶质瘤恶性进展过程中的作用。方法本文采用cDNA芯片检测同一患者初发和两次复发的胶质瘤组织与正常脑组织中基因表达的差异,建立胶质瘤恶性进展相关基因表达谱。结果确定了差异基因982条,其中包括发育分化基因135条,从中初步确定了6条基因胶质高亲和谷氨酸转运体1、白细胞介素1Ⅰ型受体、表皮生长因子受体8、CDC2、Nmyc下游调节基因3、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶激酶4,进行深入研究。结论我们通过对基因芯片数据进行分析和检索,显示发育分化基因在胶质瘤的恶性进展过程中有明显的改变,初步确定了6条发育分化基因作进一步研究。
