胃癌MG抗原检测对消化系恶性肿瘤意义的初探

A Primary Approaching on Detection of Gastric Cancer Associated MG Antigen of Serum in Patients of Digitive System Tumours

摘要: 目的　探讨胃癌相关MG抗原检测对消化系统恶性肿瘤诊断的意义。方法　采用免疫PCR法。结果　未经手术的恶性肿瘤组MG抗原阳性率(72.7%)与经手术摘除瘤体的患者组阳性率(11.1%)差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论　抗原阳性与瘤体存在密切相关，血清胃癌MG抗原检测可作为消化系统恶性肿瘤术后随访和胃癌早期诊断的重要参考指标。

Abstract: Objective To explore the significance of detecting gastric cancer associated MG antigen of serum in diagnosis of digestive system malignant tumors. Methods Immunoal PCR method. Results The positive rate of MG Antigen of malignant tumor carcinoma group(72.7%) is significantly different with that of the postoperative malignant carcinoma group (11.1%) (P<0.01). Conclusion The positive of this MG antigen is closely related with the existence of the tumours.The MG antigen may use as one of the important evidences for follow-up survey of the patients whose malignant tumors have been removed,and as an useful indication in diagnosis of gastric cancers in early stage.
