近红外光结合ICG染色诊断乳腺癌初探

Discuss of Diagnosis Breast Tumor Near-infrared Spectroscopic Analysis with ICG Staining

  • 摘要: 目的 利用近红外光结合ICG染色诊断乳腺肿块。方法 利用RunMan仪标定注射ICG前及注射后不同时间乳腺肿块内血氧参数,计算光密度差值,判定ICG的排泄时间。结果 所有乳腺肿块注射ICG后1分钟成象显示出阴影,良性肿块5分钟后阴影灰度下降到与注射前相似,恶性肿瘤5分钟后阴影仍然清晰。结论 恶性肿瘤内循环不良、血液滞留,这一现象可用来判断乳腺肿块的良恶性。

     

    Abstract: Objective Diagnosis breast tumor using hear-infrared spectroscopic analysis with ICG staining. Methods Scaling blood oxygen parameter of in breast tumor for after injecting ICG and pre-injecting Using RunMan,count D-value of luminous density,decision void time of ICG. Results After injecting ICG,all tumors showed shadow in images.After 5 minutes,the shade of gray of shadow of benign tumors reduced to the level of pre-injecting,but with malignant tumor,the shade of gray of shadow were still clear. Conclusion The tissues of malignant tumor of these cases were in bad circulation and high blood volume.According to it,we can diagnosis the tumor is malignant or benign.
