非编码RNAs对甲状腺乳头状癌的分子调控机制研究进展

Research Progress of Molecular Regulatory Mechanism of Non-coding RNAs in Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma

  • 摘要: 甲状腺乳头状癌是甲状腺癌中最常见的亚型。虽然通过甲状腺切除术、微波消融术、放射性碘和激素替代治疗甲状腺乳头状癌能达到一定治疗效果,但仍然无法有效地降低其发病率、死亡率和复发率。因此,寻求甲状腺乳头状癌发生发展的分子机制,为甲状腺乳头状癌患者提供有效的早期诊断、精确的治疗以及较好的长期预后显得尤为重要。本文通过总结非编码RNAs及其相关信号通路对甲状腺乳头状癌发生发展的分子调控机制,以期为甲状腺乳头状癌生物标志物的进一步研究提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: Papillary thyroid carcinoma is one of the most common thyroid cancer subtypes. Although papillary thyroid carcinoma can be treated effectively with excision, microwave ablation, radioactive iodine and hormone replacement therapy, these ways are inefficient in reducing its morbidity, mortality and recurrence rates. Therefore, it is very important to seek the molecular mechanism of the occurrence and development of papillary thyroid carcinoma, to provide effectively early diagnosis, accurate treatment and better long-term prognosis for papillary thyroid carcinoma patients. This paper summarizes the molecular regulatory mechanisms of non-coding RNAs and their related signaling pathways in the occurrence and development of papillary thyroid carcinoma, in order to provide evidence for continued research of biomarkers for papillary thyroid carcinoma.
