激光扫描显微镜对淋巴结良恶性增生细胞的观察

Observation of the Benign and Malignant Proliferative Cells of Lymphonodus with Laser Scanning Microscope

摘要: 目的　观察淋巴结良恶性增生细胞在LSM下的一般形态, 特别是自体荧光特征。方法　采用LSM对淋巴结反应性增生 ( 5例 )、恶性淋巴瘤 ( 15例 )的细胞进行激光透射 (LT)、激光反射 (LR)及荧光观察。结果　发现增生细胞的一般形态要比CM下更为显著。在 4 88nm单色激光激发下, 良恶性增生细胞及其周围RBC的自体荧光相对强度有显著不同。结论　LSM下淋巴结良恶性增生细胞及周围RBC的自体荧光特征可为其鉴别诊断提供重要依据。

Abstract: Objective To observe the general morphological characteristics,especially the auto-fluorescence characteristics of the benign and malignant proliferative cells of lymphonodus under the laser scanning microscope(LSM).
