长链非编码RNA在食管癌中的研究进展

Research Progress of Long Non-coding RNA in Esophageal Cancer

  • 摘要: 随着分子生物学研究的技术革新和计算机生物信息学的蓬勃发展, 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)的作用和生物学功能得到了深入研究, 其在细胞周期进程、细胞生长和凋亡等过程中具有重要的调控作用。lncRNA的异常表达与肿瘤的增殖、迁移及侵袭均密切相关。本文总结了近2年有关食管癌lncRNA的相关研究进展, 介绍影响食管癌生物学特性的lncRNA调控机制, 尤其是lncRNA作为竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA)的调控机制, 以期为食管癌的诊断和治疗提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: With the technological innovation of molecular biology research and the vigorous development of computer bioinformatics, the role of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) and its biological functions have been studied intensively.It plays important roles in regulating the processes of cell cycle, growth and apoptosis.The abnormal expression of lncRNA is also closely related to the proliferation, migration and invasion of cancer.This review summarizes the research progress of lncRNAs and their regulatory mechanisms that influence the biological functions of esophageal cancer in recent two years, especially the role of lncRNA as a competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA), so as to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer.
