Role of Adenosine 2a Receptor in Promoting Immune-suppressive Status in Tumor Microenvironment

  • 摘要: 2a型腺苷受体(A2aR)是一种广泛存在于各种免疫细胞表面的G蛋白偶联受体,与其配体腺苷(ADO)结合后发挥调控机体免疫功能的作用。本文综述了A2aR在肿瘤免疫微环境抑制状态形成中的作用,为干预A2aR的临床应用提供资料。

     

    Abstract: Adenosine 2a receptor (A2aR) is a type of G-protein coupled receptor widely existing on the surface of various immune cells, and plays important role in the regulation of host immune functions through its binding with adenosine(ADO). Here we summarize the significance of A2aR in promoting the immune-suppressive status in tumor microenvironment, and provide evidence for the clinical application of treatment interfering with A2aR.
