肿瘤疫苗在肺癌治疗中的进展

Advances of Tumor Vaccine in Lung Cancer Therapy

  • 摘要: 肺癌是世界上最常见恶性肿瘤,也是引起肿瘤性死亡的主要原因。手术、化疗和放疗等传统抗肿瘤手段在一定程度上达到瓶颈。近年来,免疫治疗在恶性肿瘤治疗领域中显示出广阔前景。肿瘤免疫原性低,不能引起机体足够的抗肿瘤免疫,是肿瘤免疫逃逸机制之一。肿瘤疫苗是利用肿瘤细胞或肿瘤抗原物质诱导机体的特异性细胞免疫和体液免疫反应,增强机体的抗癌能力,阻止肿瘤的生长、扩散和复发,以达到清除或控制肿瘤的目的。本文将系统总结近年来肿瘤疫苗在肺癌治疗中的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Lung cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer as well as the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Traditional anti-tumor treatments, including surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, have been maximized. Recent years, cancer immunotherapy has been shown a broad prospect. Low immunogenicity of tumor antigens, which can not cause the enough anti-tumor immunity, is one of the mechanisms of tumor immune escape. The tumor vaccination can clear or control the tumor by applying tumor cells or tumor antigens substance to induce specific cellular and humoral immune response, which enhances the body's anti-cancer ability, and prevents tumor growth, proliferation and recurrence. In this article, we systematically review the advances of vaccine therapy on lung cancer in recent years.
