自噬与骨肉瘤的研究进展

Advances of Autophagy in Osteosarcoma

  • 摘要: 自噬作为一种细胞防御和应激调控的机制,是目前癌症研究领域的热点。自噬异常与恶性肿瘤的能量代谢、细胞死亡、炎性反应以及对肿瘤化疗的耐药性等方面都有密切的联系。骨肉瘤(OS)的总生存率在过去的20年里一直没有新的突破。手术联合化疗仍然是治疗骨肉瘤最有效的手段。目前已有研究证实自噬与骨肉瘤化疗明显相关。因此本文就自噬与骨肉瘤的研究进展作一综述。

     

    Abstract: Autophagy has become a hot issue in the field of cancer research as a mechanism of cell defense and stress regulation. Autophagy abnormal is related to energy metabolism, cell death, inflammatory response and drug resistance in malignant tumor. New breakthrough has not been achieved in the overall survival of osteosarcoma (OS) in the past 20 years. Surgery combined with chemotherapy is still the most effective treatment for OS. Currently, several studies confirmed that autophagy is significantly related to the chemotherapy of OS. Therefore, we review the advances of autophagy in OS.
