Del-1/EDIL3的研究进展及其在肿瘤微环境中的作用

Research Progress of Del-1/EDIL3 and Its Role in Tumor Microenvironment

  • 摘要: Del-1是一种细胞外基质蛋白,在胚胎发育过程中由内皮细胞分泌,也可由多种肿瘤细胞表达。Del-1在胚胎发育、血管生成、抗炎及肿瘤发展过程中的作用被广泛研究,有望成为多种疾病诊治尤其是肿瘤诊治中的新型靶标。本文将综述Del-1在细胞微环境特别是肿瘤微环境中发挥的作用并探讨其研究前景。

     

    Abstract: Developmental endothelial locus-1(Del-1) is an extracellular matrix(ECM) protein, which is secreted by endothelial cells during the process of embryonic development and also expressed by various kinds of tumor cells. The roles of Del-1 in embryonic development, angiogenesis, anti-inflammatory and tumor progression are widely studied. Del-1 is expected to be a novel target of the diagnosis and therapy of many diseases, especially in tumor. The authors reviewed the research progress of the role of Del-1 in cellular microenvironment particularly in tumor microenvironment and discussed the prospective of the further research of Del-1.
