前列腺腺癌组织中HPV16/18蛋白的表达及意义

Expression and Significance of HPV16/18 Protein in Prostate Cancer Tissues

    目的  探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒16/18(HPV16/18)在人体前列腺腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。
    方法 选取86例前列腺腺癌和80例前列腺增生组织标本,通过免疫组织化学Max Vision二步法检测HPV16/18蛋白表达情况。
    结果 前列腺腺癌组和前列腺增生组的HPV16/18阳性表达率分别为22.58%和11.25%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018)。在前列腺腺癌组内,HPV16/18的表达与Gleason评分和临床分期有一定的关系,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而与患者PSA水平、有无脉管侵犯、有无淋巴结转移和有无远处转移关系不大,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。
    结论 HPV16/18与前列腺腺癌的发生发展有一定的关系,有可能成为前列腺腺癌早诊早治的生物学指标之一。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To investigate the expression of HPV16/18 in human prostate cancer tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters.
    Methods The expressions of HPV16/18 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 86 cases of prostatic adenocarcinoma tissues and 80 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues.
    Results The positive expression rates of HPV16/18 in the prostate cancer group and the benign prostatic hyperplasia group were 22.58% and 11.25%, respectively(P=0.018). In the prostate cancer group, there were certain relationship of HPV16/18 expression with Gleason score and clinical stage(all P<0.05), while no relationship with PSA levels, vascular invasion, lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis(all P>0.05).
    Conclusion There is a certain relationship between HPV16/18 and the occurrence and development of prostate cancer, which may be one of the biological indicators for early diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
