乳腺癌组织中血氧含量与缺氧诱导因子-1α、微血管密度的相关性

Correlation of Blood Oxygen Content to HIF-1α and Microvascular Density in Breast Cancer Tissues

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中血氧含量与缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和微血管密度的相关性。方法 应用乳腺血氧功能成像技术在术前测定乳腺癌患者乳腺组织中血氧含量,采用免疫组织化学方法检测乳腺癌组织中微血管密度及HIF-α的表达,分析乳腺癌组织中血氧含量与缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-α)和微血管密度相关性。 结果 (1)151例乳腺癌患者中高血低氧的临床符合率是81.47%,其中导管内癌、浸润性小叶癌和浸润性导管癌的血氧含量结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)高血和低血癌组织的血含量、氧含量、微血管密度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);(3)随着HIF-1α表达等级的升高,血含量和微血管密度显著升高(P<0.01),但是血含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(4)乳腺癌组织血含量与微血管密度、HIF-1α表达呈正相关(P<0.01);而乳腺癌组织氧含量与微血管密度和HIF-1α表达均无相关性(P>0.05)。 结论 乳腺癌组织血含量与乳腺癌预后因子微血管密度、HIF-1α表达具有相关性,可以间接预测乳腺癌的预后。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the correlation of blood oxygen content to hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α) and microvascular density(MVD) in breast cancer tissues. Methods Blood oxygen content was determined by breast oxygen function imaging before surgery. MVD and HIF-1α were determined by immunohistochemical method and then the correlation of blood oxygen content to HIF-1α and MVD in breast cancer tissues was analyzed. Results (1) The coincidence rate of high blood content and low oxygen content in 151 cases of breast cancer tissues was 81.47%, and the blood oxygen contents were not significantly different in intraductal carcinoma, invasive lobular carcinoma or invasive ductal carcinoma (P>0.05). (2) Blood content, Oxygen content and MVD were significantly different in breast cancer tissues with high and low blood content(P<0.05 or P<0.01). (3) Along with the increased level of HIF-1α expression, blood content and MVD were significantly increased(P<0.01), but oxygen content was not significantly different (P>0.05). (4) Blood content in breast cancer tissues was positively related to HIF-1α and MVD (P<0.01), but oxygen content was not related to HIF-1α or MVD (P>0.05). Conclusion Blood content in breast cancer tissues is related to the prognostic factors, MVD and HIF-1α, and could be used as the indirect indicator for the prognosis of breast cancer.
