人脑胶质瘤中ERK2的表达及其临床意义

ERK2 Expression in Human Glioma Tissues and Its Clinical Significance

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨人脑神经胶质瘤组织中细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK2)的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法(IHC)和免疫蛋白印迹技术(Western blot)联合检测42例人脑胶质瘤组织及正常人脑组织中ERK2蛋白表达情况。结果 ERK2在人脑神经胶质瘤中有过度表达,与正常人脑组织相比其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Ⅲ~Ⅳ期表达高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ERK2蛋白的过表达在人脑神经胶质瘤的发生、发展中可能起重要促进作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK2) in human glioma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method and Western blot were employed to detect ERK2 protein expression in 42 case of human glioma tissues and normal brain tissues. Results ERK2 expression was higher in human glioma than that in normal brain tissue (P<0.01). Moreover, ERK2 expression were significantly higher in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ than those in stageⅠandⅡ(P<0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of ERK2 may play an important role in promoting the oncogenesis and development of human glioma.
