质谱分析及其在肺癌分子标志物研究中的应用

Progress in Mass Spectrometry and Its Application in Lung Cancer Biomarker Research

  • 摘要: 常压直接质谱分析技术和质谱成像技术是近年来质谱分析的重要进展,它们在生物样品分析中具有广泛应用价值。肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,早期筛查和诊断是改善其临床诊治现状的重要途径。本文就质谱分析及其在肺癌分子标志物研究中的应用作一综述。

     

    Abstract: Ambient mass spectrometry (AMS) and mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) are two major progresses in mass spectrometry (MS) in recent years, with a wide range of applications in research of biological samples. Lung cancer is one of the most common malignancies in the world. Early screening and diagnosis are the most important ways to change the severe situation. This paper mainly summarizes the progress of mass spectrometry and its application in lung cancer biomarker research.
