摘要

摘要: 分化障碍在子宫颈癌鳞癌发病机制中作用至关重要，本文就上皮细胞分化的进程、特异分子标识、调控程序加以总结；并对ΔNp63α、ITCH、Notch1、miRNA的异常表达在鳞状上皮细胞分化障碍致细胞癌变中的机制加以综述。

Abstract: Cell differentiation disorders play an important role in the mechanisms of cervical squamous cancer. This paper is to review differentiation disorders involved in the progress, specifi c molecular markers, and regulatory programs of epithelial, as well as abnormal expression of ΔNp63α, ITCH, Notch1 and miRNA in the malignant transformation.
