Abstract: Objective To study the effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Recipe (FJR) on A549 cell apoptosis and the expression of survivin gene，and explore the probably anti-tumor mechanism. Methods With the serologic pharmacological method, lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells was treated by FJR and apoptosis of A549 cells and survivin expression were detected by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry respectively. Results The average apoptosis rate in each FJR group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.01,P＜0.05). The level of survivin protein in each FJR group was decreased, compared with that in control group(P＜0.01,P＜0.05 ). Conclusion FJR could induce lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells apoptosis and inhibit the expression of survivin protein.
