Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the numbers of T lymphocyte subset and NK cell and the correlation to clinical stages of cervical cancer in the patients with cervical cancer. Methods 146 patients with cervical cancer and 50 healthy women from June 2010 to June 2011,were selected.According to the clinical stages, patients were divided into 5 groups:stage 0,stage Ⅰ,stage Ⅱ,stage Ⅲ,and stage Ⅳ group.Immunofluorescence and flow cytometry were used to detect the numbers of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in blood samples from every group. + ratio in patients with cervical cancer were lower than those in the healthy control, and those were negative correlated to clinical stages, namely were decreased with the increasing of clinical stages.CD3

+ T lymphocyte in patients with cervical cancer was higher than that in the healthy control, and it was increased with the increasing of clinical stage of cervical cancer, mainly was positive correlated with clinical stages of cervical cancer(
P<0.01). Conclusion The cellular immune function of the patients with cervical cancer was lower and even worse in advanced clinical stages. It is valuable to estimate the function of cell immune by detecting T lymphocyte subset and NK cell.
