Expression and Significance of ANGPTL3,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

摘要: 目的探讨血管生成素样蛋白3(angiopoietin-like protein 3，ANGPTL3)和基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases-2,MMP-2) 及MMP-9在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测52例食管鳞状细胞癌组织、癌旁组织和正常食管组织中ANGPTL3和MMP-2、MMP-9的表达。结果食管鳞状细胞癌组织中ANGPTL3、MMP-2和MMP-9的表达与癌旁组织和正常食管组织中的比较差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。结论ANGPTL3和MMP-2、MMP-9在食管鳞状细胞癌中呈高表达，其联合检测有助于判断食管鳞状细胞癌生物学行为。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of ANGPTL3,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC）. Methods Expression of ANGPTL3,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in 52 samples of ESCC,corresponding paracarcinoma tissues and normal esophageal tissues was detected by SP immunohistochemistry. Results Significant differences in the express of ANGPTL3,MMP-2 and MMP-9 were found among ESCC,corresponding paracarcinoma tissues and normal esophageal tissues (P＜0.05). Conclusion Expression of ANGPTL3,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in ESCC was high.The combined detecting of ANGPTL3,MMP-2 and MMP-9 may serve as a parameter for determining the biological behavior of ESCC.
