Expression and Clinical Significance of Cyclin B1 and CDK1 in Colorectal Cancer

  • 摘要: 目的探讨细胞周期蛋白Cyclin B1及细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶CDK1在不同结直肠癌组织中的异常表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测Cyclin B1、CDK1在11例正常结直肠组织、28例结直肠癌组织和27例癌旁组织中的表达。结果Cyclin B1、CDK1在结直肠正常黏膜中表达阳性率为9.1%(1/11)和18.2%(2/11),在结直肠癌组织中表达阳性率为89.3%(25/28)和92.9%(26/28),在癌旁组织中表达阳性率为25.9%(7/27)和33.3%(9/27),各组之间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同分化程度结直肠癌之间Cyclin B1、CDK1的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Cyclin B1、CDK1在不同分化程度的结直肠癌中均存在过表达现象,在癌旁组织中也有明显表达,可能在结直肠癌发生发展过程中起重要的调节作用。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical significance and abnormal expression of the Cyclin B1 and CDK1 in different colorectal cancer tissues. MethodsThe expression of Cyclin B1 and CDK1 was examined by immunohistochemistry method in normal colorectal tissues(11cases), colorectal cancer tissues(28 cases) and adjacent tissues(27cases). ResultsThe positive expression rates of Cyclin B1 and CDK1 were 9.1%(1/11) and 18.2%(2/11) in normal colorectal tissues, 89.3%(25/28) and 92.9%(26/28) in colorectal cancer tissues, and 25.9%(7/27) and 33.3%(9/27) in adjacent tissues, respectively, the positive expression rates of Cyclin B1 and CDK1 had statistical significance in different groups(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance of Cyclin B1 and CDK1 positive expression rates in different differentiation degree of colorectal cancer(P>0.05). ConclusionOverexpression of Cyclin B1 and CDK1 are detected in different differentiation degree of colorectal cancer, it's also in adjacent tissues. Maybe, there is an important regulatory effect on the process of the colorectal cancer development.
