水通道蛋白1在鼻咽癌组织中的表达

Expression of Aquaporin-1 in Nasopharyngeal Cancer Tissues

  • 摘要: 目的 研究水通道蛋白1在鼻咽部肿瘤及非肿瘤组织中的表达情况。方法 收集30例鼻咽部活检标本,分别使用免疫组织化学及实时荧光定量PCR检测组织中AQP1的表达情况。结果AQP1在鼻咽部肿瘤及非肿瘤组织中均存在表达,但肿瘤组织染色强度较非肿瘤组织强。肿瘤组织中AQP1表达强于非肿瘤组织,且发生转移的肿瘤组织中表达进一步升高。结论 水通道蛋白1在鼻咽癌中的表达变化可能与肿瘤转移相关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of Aquaporin-1 in nasopharyngeal tumor and non-tumor tissues. Methods Thirty nasopharyngeal biopsy samples were collected and examined with both immunohistochemistry and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR to detect the expression level of AQP1 in tissues. Results AQP1 was expressed both in nasopharyngeal tumor and normal tissues, but tumor tissues were stained a lot stronger than non-tumor tissues.The over-expression of AQP1 in tumor tissues.Furthmore,the migrated tumor tissue had even higher expression. Conclusion Expression level of Aquaporin-1 in nasopharyngeal cancer tissue could be involved in tumor migration.
