浸润性乳腺癌中酪氨酸激酶受体的表达及其与预后的关系

Expression and Prognostic Relationship of Receptor Tyrosine Kinase in Human Breast Invasive Cancer

  • 摘要: 目的 研究酪氨酸激酶受体 C-Met和RON在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。 方法 采用免疫组织化学PV-6000两步法测定106例浸润性乳腺癌及30例乳腺良性病变组织中C-Met和RON的表达。 结果 C-Met、RON的阳性表达在浸润性乳腺癌与乳腺良性病变组织中有明显差异,与浸润性乳腺癌的临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移呈正相关。106例浸润性乳腺癌组织中C-Met、RON的单独阳性表达及联合阳性表达均与患者生存期呈负相关。106例浸润性乳腺癌中RON阳性表达与C-Met阳性表达呈明显正相关性。 结论 C-Met、 RON在乳腺癌的发生、发展、浸润和转移过程中发挥了重要的作用,联合检测可以更加有效地预测患者的预后,为临床治疗提供新的基因靶点。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression and prognostic relationship of C-Met and RON in human breast invasive cancer. Methods The expression of C-Met and RON in 106 cases of human breast invasive cancer and 30 cases of breast benign tissues was analyzed by using immunohistochemical PV-6000 method. Results The expression of C-Met and RON was significant different between the human breast invasive cancer and breast benign tissues and was positively related to pathological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.The expression of C-Met、RON and co-expression of C-Met、 RON were negatively related to the survival time of patient.There was a positive correlation between expression of C-Met and RON. Conclusion C-Met and RON involve in the progression、invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. The test with C-Met and RON together can be more effective in prediction of the prognosis of patients, and will provide new therapeutic targets for the treatment of breast cancer.
