髓过氧化物酶基因463位点多态性与肺癌易感性的Meta分析

Meta-analysis between Polymorphism of Myeloperoxidase Gene at--463G > A and Susceptibility of Lung Cancer

  • 摘要: 目的 综合评价髓过氧化物酶基因-463位点多态性与肺癌易感性的关系。 方法 用Meta分析软件Rev Man4.2对各项研究结果进行异质性检验,并计算合并OR值及其95%可信区间。 结果 基因型GA ∶GG、AA ∶GG和GA+AA ∶GG的合并OR值分别为0.93(0.83~1.05)、0.94(0.80~1.11)和0.92(0.82~1.03)。 结论 尚不能确定髓过氧化物酶基因-463位点多态性与肺癌易感性有关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the relationship between polymorphism of Myeloperoxidase gene at-463G>A and susceptibility of lung cancer. Methods The meta-analysis was applied with Rev Man4.2 software for heterogeneity test and calculation of pooled odds ratio(OR) value. Results The pooled OR for frequency of genotype GA ∶GG, AA ∶GG, and GA+AA ∶GG was 0.93(0.83~1.05), 0.94(0.80~1.11), 0.92(0.82~1.03), respectively. Conclusion The findings suggested that genetic polymorphism of MPO at -463 G>A might not contribute to the susceptibility of lung cancer.
