多发性骨髓瘤survivin与VEGF表达的相关性及临床意义

Expression Relationship of survivin and VEGF in Multiple myloma and between Their Expression

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨调亡抑制蛋白survivin和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在多发性骨髓瘤中的表达及它们之间表达的相关性。 方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测survivin、VEGF在多发性骨髓瘤中的表达。 结果 survivin蛋白在多发性骨髓瘤中的阳性表达率为54.76%,VEGF在多发性骨髓瘤中的阳性表达率为66.67%,两者在正常骨髓中均未见表达;survivin阳性表达与病程和β2-MG有相关性,而与患者分期无关;VEGF阳性表达与患者β2-MG有相关性,但与患者的病程和分期无关;survivin的表达与VEGF的表达呈正相关。 结论 survivin、VEGF可作为判断多发性骨髓瘤预后的重要参考指标。 survivin在多发性骨髓瘤发生发展中,除抑制细胞的凋亡外,可能与VEGF共同参与了肿瘤血管的形成。联合检测survivin和VEGF的表达对了解多发性骨髓瘤肿瘤血管形成的机制有一定意义。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of survivin and VEGF in Multiple myloma(MM) and their correlation. Methods The expression of survivin and VEGF in MM was observed with immunocytochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of survivin and VEGF in MM were 54.76% and 66.67%, respectively. Neither of them was expressed in normal bone marrow. The expression of survivin was related to disease course and β2-MG, unrelated to stage of disease. The expression of VEGF was related to β2-MG, but unrelated to disease course and stage. Expreression of survivin and VEGF is a positive correlation. The expression of Survivin and VEGF are positive correlation. Conclusion survivin and VEGF can be used as indicators for predicting prognosis of MM. survivin plays a role in pathogenesis and development of MM through different mechanism. It inhitibits apoptosis of tumor cells and plays a role in angiogenesis of tumor with VEGF as well. Therefore, expression of survivin and VEGF is significance of mechanism of angiogensis of MM.
