硫普罗宁减轻顺铂肾毒性的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tiopronin in Releasing of Nephrotoxicity of Cisplatinium

  • 摘要: 目的 研究硫普罗宁对顺铂所致肾毒性的减轻作用。方法 将病理证实的40例肿瘤患者随机分成两组,应用含顺铂为主的联合方案化疗。治疗组20例,化疗前1小时内静滴硫普罗宁0.2g/m2,随后给予大剂量顺铂(80~120mg/m2)化疗;对照组20例,仅给予大剂量顺铂(80~120mg/m2)化疗。比较两者化疗前后血BuN,血Cr,尿β2MG的变化。结果 化疗第七天血BuN值治疗组较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),化疗后第3天,尿β2MG治疗组较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 硫普罗宁能减轻顺铂所致肾毒性。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the prevention of nephrotoxicity induced by Cisplatin with Tiopronin. Methods Forty advanced malignancy cases confirmed by pathology were divided into two groups randomly. Twenty in the chemotherapy and Tiopronin group(experimental group) and 20 in chemotherapy group(control group). Differented with control group. The experimental group was given Tiopronin 0.2g/m2first DDP injection(80~120mg/m2)before receiving combination chemotherapy based on high dose Cisplatin(80~120 mg/m2). The blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and urine β2 microglobulin were measured. Results The contents of blood urea nitrogen of experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05) on 7th day. The change of urine β2microglobulin of trial group were significantly highest than that of control group (P<0.01) on the 3rd day. Conclusion Tiopronin can significantly reduce the nephrotoxicity induced by Cisplatin.
