微波热疗联合GP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床观察

Observation of Clinical Effect for Combination Therapy of Hyperthermia with GP on Advanced Breast Cancer

  • 摘要: 目的 观察微波热疗联合GP方案(健择+顺铂)治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床效果。 方法 34例晚期乳腺癌患者采用微波热疗联合GP方案治疗,并与单纯GP方案化疗进行比较。 结果 近期总有效率和生活质量评分,热化疗组明显优于单纯GP方案化疗组,两者差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。毒副反应主要为化疗所致的骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应,热疗所致的反应较轻。 结论 微波热疗联合化疗治疗复发或转移乳腺癌是安全、有效的。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect for combination therapy of hyperthermia with Gemcitabine plus Cisplatin on advanced breast cancer. Methods The results of 34 cases with advanced breast cancer underwent hyperthermia and GP combination therapy. The results were compared with those underwent GP chemotherapy alone. Results The hyperthermia and GP combination therapy group (58.8% and 76.5%)was superior to the GP group(41.1% and 35.3%)in effective rate and the life quality marks,which showed a significant difference(P<0.05).The main toxicity was hemo-suppression and gastrointestinal toxicities. Conclusion Hyperthermia and GP combination therapy is efficient and safe for advanced breast cancer.
