122例肺癌与血小板计数关系分析

The Study of Relation between Cancer and Blood Platelet Count in 122 Cases

摘要: 目的　探讨恶性肿瘤与血小板计数(BPC)的关系。方法　对122例肺癌病例首治前进行周围血小板计数检查。结果　BPC减低占1.64%(2/122例)，正常占57.38%(70/122例)，增高占40.98%(50/122例)。结论　恶性肿瘤是继发性血小板增多的原因之一。

Abstract: Objective To inquire into the relation between cancer and blood platelet count(BPC). Methods The platelet was examined by around blood in 122 pationts with lung cancer before the first treatment. Results The cases of BPC decreased,been normal and increased were of 1.64%(2/122 cases),57.38% (70/122 cases)and 40.98%(50/122 cases)respectively. Conclusion Cancer is the one of usual cause bringing about BPC increased.
