EPO-R 和CD31 在前列腺癌中的表达及其意义

Signif icance of CD31 and EPO-R Expression in Prostate Cancer

摘要: 目的探讨EPO-R和CD31在前列腺癌中表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化的方法对51例前列腺癌手术标本及10例前列腺增生手术标本进行标记及分析。结果显示EPO-R和CD31表达与前列腺癌的病理分级、Gleason评分及转移密切相关，并具有显著性差异，但与血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平无关。结论 EPO-R和CD31的表达可能在前列腺癌的发展及转移过程中起重要作用。

Abstract: Objective 　To evaluate the role of erythropoietin receptor ( EPO-R) and CD31 in the Prostate cancer ( Pca) . Methods 　Fif ty 3/one cases of Pca and ten cases of benign prostate hyperplasia (BpH) were studied by immunohistochmcal method using monocolonal antibody to EPO-R and CD31. Results 　It was showed that there were significantly correlation between EPO-R or CD31 and Grade, Score of Gleason and metastasis of Pca. Conclusion 　The expression of EPO-R and CD31 may play a important role in the development and metastasis of Pca.
