巨大实质性纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗

摘要: 目的 总结巨大实质性纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗经验。方法 对 18例巨大实质性纵隔肿瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 全组无手术死亡, 术后并发症 5例, 15例随防 1～ 9年, 肿瘤复发 1例, 广泛转移 1例。结论 胸部X线, B超及CT检查应作为巨大实质性纵隔肿瘤常规检查手段 ;麻醉时体位及手术方式合理选择可提高手术安全性, 并注意防治复张性肺水肿。Abstract: Objective To review the experience of surgical treatment of giant solid mediastinal tumor. Methods The clinical data of 18 cases with giant solid mediastinal tumors were restroperctively analysized. Results 5 cases had postoperative complications,but no one died,15cases were received from 1 to 9 years follow-up testing,of which one had tumor recurred and one widely metastasis.
