乳腺癌化疗前后血浆内皮素水平检测的临床意义

Plasma endothelin in breast cancer before and after chemotherapy

摘要: 目的　评价乳腺癌患者化疗前后血浆内皮素 1(Endothelin 1,ET 1)水平变化的临床意义。方法　采用放射免疫法检测 2 0例正常人及 4 5例乳腺癌患者化疗前后血浆ET 1水平, 并作对比分析。结果　各期乳腺癌患者血浆ET 1水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1), Ⅳ期乳腺癌血浆ET 1水平明显高于Ⅲ期和Ⅱ期, Ⅲ期明显高于Ⅱ期 (P <0 .0 5 ), 化疗后有效 (完全缓解和部分缓解 )患者血浆ET 1水平明显低于化疗前 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　血浆ET 1水平与乳腺癌的发生发展有一定关系, 血浆ET 1检测可作为乳腺癌治疗疗效和判断预后的一个监测指标。

Abstract: Objective To evalue the value of plasma endothelin-1(ET-1) in predicting the prognosis of breast cancer patients before and after chemotherapy.
