直肠癌中VEGF与PCNA的表达及其临床意义

摘要: 目的　通过检测直肠癌中VEGF及PCNA的表达, 探讨其对直肠癌的发生、发展及其对预后的意义。方法　应用免疫组化S P法, 检测直肠癌中VEGF及PCNA的表达。结合组织学分类、淋巴结转移等分析。结果　正常结肠粘膜中VEGF及PCNA的阳性率分别为 15 .4 %及 6 .7%, 直肠腺瘤中VEGF及PCNA的阳性率分别为 16 %及 2 8%, 直肠癌中VEGF及PCNA的阳性表达率分别为 4 5 .5 %及 84 .9%。结论　综合检测VEGF与PCNA, 对于直肠癌的诊断、治疗及预后有较明显的指导意义。

Abstract: Objective To explore the detection of VEGF and PCNA in colorectal cancer to the significance of genesis,development and prognosis. Methods By means of immunohistochemistry technique(S-P),to detect the expression of VEGF and PCNA in colorectal tissues, and combinated with histologic type and lymph node metastasis.
