中西医结合治疗癌性胸腔积液的临床体会

A clinical experiment of treatment of malignant pleural effusion integrating traditional chinese medicine and western medicine

摘要: 目的　观察中西医结合辨证施治治疗胸腔积液的疗效。方法　治疗组 3 0例用顺铂 (DDP)胸腔内灌注, 并与中药辨证配合治疗 ;对照组以DDP胸腔灌注治疗。结果　治疗组总有效率 83 .3 %, 对照组总有效率 70 .0 %, (P <0 .0 5 )。主要不良反应为发热, 恶心呕吐等。结论　中西医结合治疗恶性胸腔积液能提高疗效, 降低毒副反应。

Abstract: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of malignant pleural effusion integrating traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treating according to Syndrome Differentiation . Methods 30 cases with malignant pleural effusions who were injected DDP into pleural cavity were treated by trachitional and western medicine in the same period.
