胃黏膜相关淋巴瘤28 例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 28 Cases of Gastric Lymphoma of Mucosa-Associated Lymphoid Tissue

摘要: 目的探讨胃黏膜相关淋巴瘤的临床表现、病理特征及诊治方法. 方法回顾性分析28例胃黏膜相关淋巴瘤的临床资料. 结果临床表现以消化道症状和/或腹部包块为主,幽门螺旋杆菌阳性率为92.9%.低度恶性B细胞淋巴瘤21例,伴和/或不伴低度恶性成分的高度恶性B细胞淋巴瘤7例. 结论胃黏膜相关淋巴瘤多为B细胞淋巴瘤,最后诊断依赖于病理学检查;治疗首选抗幽门螺旋杆菌治疗、化疗或放疗,预后较好.

Abstract: Objective 　To explore clinical and pathologic features, diagnosis and t reatment of gast ric lymphoma of mucosa2associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) . Methods 　The clinical records of 28 patients with gastric lymphoma of MALT were analyzed. Results 　Symptom of digestive system and/or abdominal mass was the common clinical features. The positive rate of Helicobacter pylori ( HP) was 92. 9 %. 21 cases were low2grade, 7 cases were high-grade involving low-grade part or not . Conclusion 　Most of gastric lymphoma of MAL T is B cell lymphomas, and the final diagnosis is dependent on pathologic methods. If anti-HP therapy, chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy are applied, the prognosis will be better.
