左侧进胸胃经食管床颈部食管胃吻合术的方法与评价

Procedure and evaluation of cervical esophagogastrostomy with stomach as an esophageal substitute from left thoractomy

摘要: 目的　探讨左侧进胸胃经食管床颈部食管胃吻合术的方法及其疗效。方法　对行胃以食管床颈部食管胃吻合术治疗的 35 9例食管癌病人的疗效进行分析。结果　治愈 35 6例, 占 99.2 %, 死亡 3例, 占0 .8%, 并发症 2 0例, 占 5 .6 %。其中主要的并发症 :(1)吻合口瘘 5例 ;(2 )吻合口狭窄 7例, 乳糜胸 3例, 肺部感染 3例, 胸胃穿孔 1例, 应激性溃疡出血 1例。结论　该术式具有切除彻底, 治愈率高, 术后并发症少, 死亡率低的优点。

Abstract: Objective To approach the procedure and effect of cervical esophagogastrostomy with stomach as an esophageal substitute. Methods Cervical esophagogastrostomies with stomach as an esophageal substitute were performed in 359 patients with carcinoma of esophagus.The effect was analysized.
