TGF-βR Ⅱ和Smad4 蛋白在葡萄膜黑色素瘤中的表达

Expression of TGF-βRⅡand Smad4 in Uveal Melanoma

摘要: 目的　研究转化生长因子Ⅱ型受体( TGF-βR Ⅱ) 及其下游的抑癌基因Smad4 蛋白在葡萄膜黑色素瘤中的表达。方法　应用免疫组织化学SP 法对24 例葡萄膜黑色素瘤瘤组织中TGF-βR Ⅱ和Smad4 蛋白的表达进行检测。结果　在24 例葡萄膜黑色素瘤组织切片中,可见瘤细胞TGF2βR Ⅱ阳性12 例(50 %), Smad4 阳性11 例(45. 8 %), 两者均阳性5 例,两者均阴性6 例。结论　葡萄膜黑色素瘤组织中存在TGF-βR Ⅱ和/ 或Smad4 的蛋白表达异常,可能与葡萄膜黑色素瘤的发病有关。

Abstract: Objective 　To investigate the expression of TGF-βR Ⅱand it s downst ream Smad4 in uveal melanoma. Methods 　Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of TGF-βR Ⅱand Smad4 in 24 cases of paraffin embedded uveal melanoma samples. Results 　In all the 24 cases of uveal melanoma specimens, TGF-βR Ⅱis expressed positive in 12/ 24 ; Smad4 is found positive in 11/ 24cases, there are 5 cases expressing both TGF-βR Ⅱand smad4. Conclusion 　Abnormal TGF-β1 signal pathway is common in uveal melanoma, which may cont ribute to the formation of uveal melanoma.
