食管癌Fhit蛋白表达丢失的临床病理研究

Loss of fragile histidine triad protein expression in esophageal carcinoma

摘要: 目的　探讨食管癌Fhit蛋白表达与临床病理的关系。方法　采用免疫组化方法, 检测 5 3例食管癌Fhit表达并分析其与组织学分级、临床分期的关系。结果　癌组织Fhit表达为 2 3/ 5 3例 (43.4 % ), 而癌旁非肿瘤粘膜为 4 7/ 5 3例 (88.7% ), 相差有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。Fhit蛋白表达癌在癌组织学分级中的分布为Ⅰ级癌 5 5 .6 % (5 / 9), Ⅱ级癌 4 0 .6 % (13/ 32 ), Ⅲ级癌 4 1.7% (5 / 12 ), 相差无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。Fhit蛋白表达癌在临床分期中的分布为Ⅰ期癌 77.8% (7/ 9), Ⅱ期癌 4 2 .9% (15 / 35 ), Ⅲ期癌 11.1% (1/ 9), 相差有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　Fhit表达状况可能与食管癌的侵犯和转移相关

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of fragile histidine triad protein, Fhit and the possible relationship between Fhit expression and clinicopathological indices in esophageal carcinoma.
