放射性脑损伤实验兔模型的建立

  • 摘要: 目的 建立能用于科学研究的放射性脑损伤动物模型。方法 选用40只新西兰兔作为动物实验模型,随机分为4组:10Gy、15Gy、20Gy和30Gy组。分别在CT定位下建立三维重建图像资料,应用三维适形放射治疗系统(3D-TPS)精确设计治疗计划、优化照射靶区剂量分布,照射体积约1cm×1cm×1cm,6MVX线单次大剂量照射。结果 3D-TPS的剂量分布曲线显示,受照区域剂量分布均匀,95%的等剂量曲线包绕100%靶区体积,受照体积为(1±0.03)cm3。结论 动物模型受照区域产生剂量均匀、准确,可用于研究放射性脑损伤。

     

    Abstract: Objective  To establish an animal model by which study on the brain radiation injuries. Methods  Forth New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided four groups and irradiated by 6 MVX ray at a single dose of 10, 15, 20 and 30 Gy. Three-dimensional reconstructed images were set up assisted CT. The designation of therapy plans and adjustment of dose distributions on the same pre-irradiation target areas with the volume about 1 cm ×1 cm ×1 cm were all by ways of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy plan system( TPS) . Results The isodose curve showed that 100 % target volume were covered with 95 % isodose outline. The dose distributions were uniform and the irradiation volume was about (1 ±0. 03) cm3 . Conclusion  The rabbit model appears to be an excellent model for study on the brain radiation injury.
