胃粘膜异型增生上皮p53蛋白和PCNA的表达意义

Significance of p53 protein and PCNA expressed in gastric epithelial dysplasia

摘要: 目的探讨胃粘膜中－重度异型增生组织ｐ５３蛋白和ＰＣＮＡ的表达意义。方法应用免疫组化ＳＡＢＣ法对７９例常规胃镜活检的胃粘膜中－重度异型增生组织行ｐ５３蛋白和ＰＣＮＡ同步检测并进行了５年随访。结果胃粘膜中增生重度异型增生组织ｐ５３蛋白阳性表达者５年癌检出率明显高于ｐ５３蛋白阴性表达者。ＰＣＮＡⅢ～Ⅳ级者癌检出率明显高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ级者。ｐ５３蛋白阳性并ＰＣＮＡⅢ～Ⅳ级者，其癌检出率最高。结论ｐ５３蛋白和ＰＣＮＡ是预测胃粘膜中－重度异型增生生物学持性有价值的指标。

Abstract: Objective To study significance of p53 protein and PCNA expressed in gastric epithelial mid- dle and high grade dysplasia.
