食管癌血清胃泌素的变化及意义
Clinical Significance of Gastrin Levels in Patients with Esophageal Carcinoma

摘要: 目的 为了探讨血清胃泌素的变化与食管癌之间的相互关系。方法 对 4 5例食管癌病人及 30例正常人, 采用放射免疫测定技术对其进行了空腹血清胃泌素浓度的检测。结果 食管癌病人空腹血清胃泌素值为 ( 168 3± 4 6 2 )Pg ml, 非常显著的高于正常对照组的 ( 4 8 3± 2 4 9)Pg ml(P <0 0 0 1) ;伴有淋巴结转移者为 ( 12 1 7± 4 7 6)Pg ml, 非常显著高于无淋巴结转移的 ( 51 7±32 3)Pg ml(P <0 0 1) ;癌肿浸润深度达肌层以外者为 ( 168 3± 4 0 3)Pg ml,显著高于癌肿浸润达肌层以内者的 ( 78 9± 34 7)Pg ml(P <0 0 1)。结论 空腹血清胃泌素浓度的测定, 对食管癌病期的判断, 治疗及预后的评估均有一定的意义。Abstract: Objective To Study pathologic physiology in the patients of Esophageal cancer with the levels of serum gastrin. Methods A radioimmunological assay was used to determine the levels of serum gastrin in 45 patients with the Esophageal cancer and 30 health controlpersons.
