The mutation and down-expression of p16 gene in human lung cancer

  • 摘要: 目的 检测非小细胞肺癌p16 基因蛋白表达及其第 2外显子突变,并探讨其与非小细胞肺癌的临床病理类型和预后的关系。方法 用S-P免疫组化法对p16基因蛋白表达进行对比检测,并用 PCR-SSCP银染技术检测p16基因第 2外显子的突变情况。结果 非小细胞肺癌中 p16蛋白表达阳性率52.5%,肺部非癌性病变阳性率92.5%,两者比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);非小细胞肺癌中 P16基因第 2外显子突变率为 5%,而肺部非癌性病变中无一例突变。结论 p16蛋白表达下调在非小细胞肺癌的发生发展中起重要作用,对判断其预后有意义,提示 P16/MTS1基因在非小细胞肺癌发生中具有一定的作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To detect pl6 gene mutation and expression in human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLS), and to study the relationship between p16 expression and clinicpathologic features and progno- sis.
