乳腺癌中nm23-H1基因的表达研究

Correlation of nm23 gene expression with clinical pathological factors in patients with breast cancer

摘要: 目的探讨乳腺癌ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１基因的表达情况与各临床病理参数之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化ＳＰ法，研究了１５６例乳腺癌中ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１基因的表达。结果ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１基因的表达与病人年龄，组织学类型无明显关系（Ｐ＞０．０５），而与淋巴结转移，临床分期及术后生存期有明显关系（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论检则ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１基因的表达可作为乳腺癌研究中的重要指标，对乳腺癌的预后判定上有重要意义。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of nm23 gene and clinical pathological factors in breast cancer.
