胆管癌合并糖尿病围手术期的治疗

Surgical Treatment of Cholangiocarcinoma with Diabetes Mellitus

摘要: 目的　探讨胆管癌合并糖尿病患者的外科治疗。方法　对 1993年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 1月在我院进行手术治疗的 4 1例胆管癌合并糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析和研究。结果　 4 1例患者围手术期血糖控制理想, 均行手术治疗, 无手术死亡, 无严重并发症, 所有病例全部顺利渡过围手术期。结论合理运用胰岛素, 把血糖控制在一定范围, 胆管癌合并糖尿病患者能够安全渡过围手术期。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the management of surgical treatment on Cholangiocarcinoma with Diabetes Mellitus. Methods From 1993 to 2002, 41cases of Cholangiocarcinoma with Diabetes Mellitus underwent operation in our hospital, Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The blood glucose level of 41 cases was controlled to a reasonable level. All the patients underwent operations.
