肝癌组织细胞质和细胞核中端粒酶活性比较

The contrast of telomerase activity between cytoplasmic and nuclear extracts of hepatocellular carcinoma samples

摘要: 目的比较肝癌组织细胞质和细胞核中端粒酶活性。方法以端粒酶延伸产物液体闪烁计数法和端粒重复序列扩增法分别检测肝癌组织细胞质与细胞核中端粒酶活性。结果细胞质抽提液端粒酶活性（ｃｐｍ）为３２３９±９０１，细胞核抽提液为２５１４±７２２，细胞核中端粒酶活性显著低于细胞质。结论肝癌组织细胞质中端粒酶活性高于细胞核，细胞质可能是端粒酶的装配贮存部位。

Abstract: Objective To compare the telomerase activity in cytoplasmic and nuclear extracts of hepato- cellular carcinoma (HCC) samples.
