上皮性卵巢癌细胞增殖状态与肿瘤血管生成关系的研究

The Study of Cell Proliferation Index and Microvessel Density in Epithelial Ovarian Carcinoma

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨上皮性卵巢癌不同分级、不同临床分期细胞增殖状态及肿瘤微血管密度 (MVD)以及两者之间的关系。方法 应用增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA), 采用SABC法, 检测细胞增殖状态并计算细胞增殖指数 (PI)。采用FⅧ相关抗原, 应用SABC法, 检测上皮性卵巢癌肿瘤微血管密度。应用Spear man等级相关法检测PI与MVD的相关性。结果  (1) 4 5例上皮性卵巢癌中PI均值为 35 .7± 10 .9,MVD均值为 31.7± 11.2 (40 0倍镜下 )。不同临床分期、组织分级的PI无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。MVD在不同的卵巢癌临床分期中的差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ), 临床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期肿瘤MVD高于临床Ⅰ~Ⅱ期 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (2 )上皮性卵巢癌中PI与MVD无明显相关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 肿瘤血管生成是上皮性卵巢癌发展的伴随条件, 随着卵巢癌的进展, 肿瘤血管生成是增加的。上皮性卵巢癌中细胞增殖状态与肿瘤血管生成无明显相关。肿瘤血管生成的机制与肿瘤细胞增殖的机理可能不同。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate cell proliferation index (PI) and microvessel density (MVD) in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and the relationship of PI and MVD epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry were used on 45 cases of invasive epithelial ovarian cancer to detect PI and MVD using polycoloning antibody of PCNA and FⅧ,respectively.
