摘要

摘要: 目的　探讨化疗加低剂量放疗综合治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的方法、疗效、预后及其副反应。方法　回顾性分析 6 8例经病理确诊为非小细胞肺癌患者资料, 根据所接受的放疗剂量不同分成。治疗组 (化疗 +低剂量放疗 ) 33例和对照组 (化疗 +根治剂量放疗 ) 35例。两组均用CEP化疗方案, 放疗剂量, 其中治疗组 4 5Gy, 对照组 ( 6 0～ 70 )Gy。结果　治疗组 1,2, 3,4年生存率分别为 6 1%, 2 1.2 %, 9.1%, 9.1% ;对照组 1,2, 3,4年生存率分别为 85 .7%, 11.4 %, 2 .86 %, 0 %, 两组生存率比较, 1年生存率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ), 2、3、4年生存率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;骨髓抑制及放射性肺损伤两组比较差异存在显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　CEP方案化疗加低剂量放疗综合治疗中晚期NSCLC可明显减轻毒副作用、提高生活质量同时不减少生存时间

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the technique, effect, prognosis and side effects of chemotherapy combined with low dosage radiotherapy for patients with local and advanced non small cell lung cancer.
