摘要: 目的　探讨原发性肺平滑肌肉瘤的临床特点、诊断和外科治疗, 以进一步提高其治愈效果。方法　回顾性总结我院 1990～ 2 0 0 3年收治原发性平滑肌肉瘤 7例结合文献报道对其临床表现、影像学表现、手术治疗方法和预后进行分析。结果　无手术死亡, 术后随访死亡 2例, 其余仍健在。结论　手术切除是治疗原发性肺平滑肌肉瘤的有效的方法, 肿瘤的大小、局部受侵程度、癌细胞未分化程度与预后明显相关

Abstract: Objective To study the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and surgical treatment of primary pulmonary leiomyosarcoma. Methods The clinical manifestations, X ray, operation methods and prognosis were analyzed by retrospectively summarizing 7 cases of primary pulmonary leiomyosarcoma fom 1991 to 2003 and combining 75 cases reported by literature reviews.
