摘要: 目的　研究胃腺癌中肿瘤转移抑制基因nm2 3与肿瘤细胞增殖周期因子 (PCNA、S期细胞比 )的关系。方法　采用免疫组化SP法检测 6 5例胃腺癌标本中nm2 3、PCNA的表达, 同时应用Feulgen染色方法及计算机图象分析技术对其S期细胞比进行检测。结果　nm2 3、PCNA、S期细胞比均与胃腺癌淋巴结转移有关 ;nm2 3表达与PCNA分级、S期细胞比呈负相关。结论　nm2 3能抑制胃腺癌的转移, 其抑癌机理可能与抑制肿瘤细胞增殖周期有关。

Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship and significance between nm23 and cell cycle factors (PCNA, SPF) in 65 cases of primary gastric adenocarcinoma.
