胃肠道B细胞淋巴瘤中bcl-2的表达及与EB病毒的相关性研究

A study of the bcl-2 expression in B-cell lymphomas of gastrointestinal tract and the association of the latter with Epstein-Barr Virus

摘要: 目的　研究胃肠道B细胞淋巴瘤与bcl 2蛋白的表达及与EB病毒感染的关系。方法　采用免疫组织化学、原位杂交方法分别检测 16例胃肠道B细胞淋巴瘤中bcl 2、LMP 1蛋白及EB病毒编码的E BER1/2表达水平。结果　bcl 2蛋白阳性表达 13例 (81.3% ), 均为高表达, 其中 7例低度恶性MALT型淋巴瘤均为阳性。EB病毒编码的EBER1/2及LMP 1均为阴性。结论　胃肠道B细胞淋巴瘤特别是低度恶性MALT型B细胞淋巴瘤, 与bcl 2蛋白的高表达密切相关, 而与EB病毒的感染似乎无相关性

Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between B-cell lymphomas of gastrointestinal tract and bcl-2 protein expression, Epstein-Barr virus infection. Methods The expression of bcl-2, LMP-1 protein and EBV encoded EBER1/2 were detected by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization respectively. Results Overexpression of bcl-2 protein was seen in 13 of 16 cases(81.3%),including all of 7 cases of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue-type low-grade B-cell lymphoma.
