非小细胞肺癌转化为小细胞肺癌的机制及CT表现研究进展

摘要: 肺癌是当前最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者中，部分病灶在特定条件下可能转化为小细胞肺癌（SCLC），这种转化发生率较低，且相关临床病例报道较少见。本文综述近年文献中NSCLC向SCLC转化的机制、影像学特征、治疗策略及预后情况，希望为肺癌诊断提供帮助。Abstract: Lung cancer is currently one of the most common malignant tumors. Some lesions of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) can transform into small cell lung cancer (SCLC) under certain conditions. Clinical reports on such cases are relatively few due to the low transformation rate. This article aims to review the mechanisms, imaging features, treatments, and prognosis of NSCLC transformation into SCLC on the basis of recent research literature, to facilitate the diagnosis of lung cancer.
