河南省林县食管癌高发现场防治传承研究的历史、经验、机遇和挑战

History, Experience, Opportunities, and Challenges in Esophageal Cancer Prevention and Treatment in Linxian, Henan Province, A High Incidence Area for Esophageal Cancer

摘要: 河南省林县是中国，也是世界上食管癌发病率和死亡率最高地区之一。河南医疗队1959年进驻林县进行食管癌高发现场防治研究至今已65年。经过河南三代肿瘤医学专家坚持林县高发现场防治传承研究，目前，该地区食管鳞癌发病率下降近半，5年生存率高达40%左右，达到国际领先水平。本文旨在对林县高发现场防治的历史、机遇、挑战和防治经验（简称“林县经验”）作一探讨，为中国肿瘤防治研究提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Linxian County in Henan Province, Northern China is known as the region with the highest incidence and mortality rate of esophageal cancer worldwide. Since 1959, the Henan medical team has conducted field work on esophageal cancer prevention and treatment in Linxian. Through three generations of effort exerted by oncologists over 65 years of research on esophageal cancer prevention and treatment in Linxian, the incidence rate of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in this area has dropped by nearly 50%, and the 5-year survival rate has increased to 40%, reaching the international leading level. This article aims to summarize the history, present opportunities and new challenges, and explore the experience of esophageal cancer prevention and treatment in Linxian (referred to as the “Linxian experience”), providing reference and guidance to cancer prevention and treatment research in China.
