宫颈癌代谢组学的研究现状与进展

Research status and progress of metabolomics of cervical cancer

  • 摘要: 宫颈癌是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,早期症状不明显,半数以上患者就诊时已处于中晚期,中晚期宫颈癌预后不佳,寻找新的靶点是目前的研究方向。代谢组学作为一门新兴的组学技术,通过色谱、质谱等方法分析肿瘤发生发展过程中代谢物的变化及潜在机制,有望为肿瘤精准诊疗提供新靶点。本文分别从代谢组学研究方法、宫颈癌代谢特征以及代谢组学在宫颈癌诊断、疗效预测、预后评估等方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为宫颈癌精准诊疗提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the female reproductive system cancers. Although the prognosis of patients has been improved with the development of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other treatments, more than half of patients in the locally advanced stages still have a poor prognosis due to the lack of early symptoms and insufficient screening. As a new omics technology, metabolomics is expected to provide new targets for tumor precision diagnosis and treatment by analyzing the changes and potential mechanisms of metabolites in the process of tumor occurrence and development through chromatography,mass spectrometry and other technologies. In this paper, we reviewed the research methods of metabolomics, metabolic characteristics of cervical cancer and the research progress of metabolomics in cervical cancer diagnosis, curative effect prediction and prognosis evaluation, in order to provide new ideas for accurate diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
